Crockpot Ravioli

2.13.2014

Crockpot Recipe #6 is Ravioli.  It's one of my kids' favorites.  Like I've mentioned, they're not big meat eaters.  This recipe doesn't have any kind of meat in it, but you could always add some ground beef or turkey if you'd like.

Crockpot Ravioli
Ingredients:
Cooking spray
1 large jar of pasta sauce (any kind)
1 can petite diced tomatoes
1 can cheddar cheese soup
2 tsp garlic powder
1 bag frozen cheese ravioli (could use cheese tortellini as well)
1 c. parmesan cheese
1 c. mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Spray crockpot with cooking spray
In a separate bowl stir together pasta sauce, diced tomatoes, cheese soup and garlic powder
Spoon 1/3 of the sauce you just stirred together in the bottom of the crockpot
Top with 1/3 of the frozen ravioli
Sprinkle 1/3 cup of Parmesan and mozzarella cheese on top
Repeat twice
Cover and Cook on LOW 5-6 hours (make sure ravioli is cooked through)

I serve this with some kind of veggie and Texas Toast...the kind with cheese on top.  Because we love cheese around our house.
