Destin Trip

We went to Destin, Florida last week with my family and it was so much fun.  The kids had never been to the beach and Tim and I hadn't been to Destin since our senior year in highschool.  It was time to go again.

Woke up early to get on the road.  First stop, Starbucks.

Our days basically consisted of - waking up, eating breakfast, heading down to the beach, playing in the sand and riding the waves, back for lunch and rest time, out to the pool, dinner and some kind of activity after.

Our first night, the kids wanted to fish.  Pops got some worms and took them to the dock.  They waited patiently, but no catch.

Beach time, pool time then to Fudpuckers for dinner.  The kiddos had fun seeing the gators and playing on their playground while waiting!

Our last full day, we went to the aquarium for the morning

Then headed to Pompono Joe's for lunch.  It was so good.

The next day it was time to head out.  Such a good trip and time away.  This boy was tuckered out.
