Crockpot Breakfast Casserole

For Christmas morning, I made breakfast casserole in the crockpot.  I made it up the night before and put it on low in the crockpot overnight.  Turned out yummy.

Crockpot Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients:
1 bag of frozen hashbrowns (or less if you want it more "egg-y")
12 eggs
1 16 oz. roll of sausage
16 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
salt and pepper
bell pepper (optional)
onion (optional)


Directions:
Brown sausage and set it aside
Spray the bottom of the crockpot with cooking spray
Place hashbrowns on the bottom
Layer the sausage on top of the hashbrowns
Layer the cheese on top of the sausage
Mix hashbrowns, sausage and cheese together
In a separate bowl, crack eggs and whisk together
Add milk in with eggs along with salt and pepper
Pour egg mixture on top of hashbrowns, sausage and cheese mixture
Mix everything together
Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours

Now you have some breakfast!
