Crockpot Beef Strogonoff


Crockpot recipe #24 is beef strogonoff.  This is super easy and really good.  Madelyn ate every bite of hers! And I thought it was about time for a beef recipe :)

Crockpot Beef Strogonoff
2 lbs. beef stew meat
2 cans mushroom soup
1 c. chopped onion (I used frozen)
2 Tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 14 oz. can beef broth
8 oz. can mushrooms, drained (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
8 oz. cream cheese (at room temp)
1/2 c. sour cream

In crockpot, combine beef, soup, onion, wor. sauce, beef broth, mushrooms, salt and pepper
Cook on LOW for 5-6 hours

Stir in cream cheese and sour cream about half an hour before serving

I served this over egg noodles.
